Who we are
5EM Solutions is a sole-operator business based in Greenville, North Carolina. We provide AI call capture and messaging services to golf courses and other small businesses, and architectural visualization services to home builders. You can reach us at paul@5emsolutions.com.
Mobile information and SMS consent — we never sell or share it
No mobile information, phone number, or SMS opt-in consent will ever be sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to every category of personal information collected through our text messaging program, and there is no exception to it.
Phone numbers and consent records are shared only with the specific golf course or client business you contacted, and with the messaging carrier required to deliver the message to your handset. They are used for no other purpose.
What we collect
- Phone number. Captured when you call a client business and agree, on that call, to receive a text.
- Booking details. Date, time, number of players, and similar information you provide during the call.
- Consent record. The date, time, and number associated with your verbal agreement to be texted.
- Call and message logs. Kept so the client business can service your request and so we can resolve disputes.
- Website contact form submissions. Name, email, and anything you choose to write.
We do not collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or location data.
How we use it
To answer your call, fulfill your request, send the confirmation or information you agreed to receive, notify the business you contacted, and keep records required for compliance. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing messages.
How long we keep it
Consent records and message logs are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance, and no longer than necessary. You may request deletion at any time by emailing paul@5emsolutions.com, except where a record must be retained by law.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to be removed immediately and permanently. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
Security
Credentials and customer data are stored in access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
