No. A standard PDF plan set works — floor plans, elevations, and a material schedule. No raw DWG files required.
You owe nothing. You'll receive a free geometry preview to confirm the camera angle and structure — it's unfinished and watermarked, so it's a proof of direction, not a usable image. Once you approve it, I finish the textured, high-resolution version.
One to two minor finish passes are included with every project. Additional revision rounds are $30–50 each.
48 hours for the free geometry draft, then 4–7 business days for a finished package depending on scope.
